This beautiful Limited Edition Pocket Mala includes 12mm translucent, gemmy Rose Quartz, 10mm Clear Quartz, 12mm Selenite, 10mm Merlinite (Dendritic Opal), 12mm Moonstone, and Kunzite (high-quality, hand-knotted) in 27 beads, and is finished with a Brass bell and a Brass and Moonstone dragontail tassel. Every bead was saved from my collection and repurposed, which means once these beads are used up, this mala will never be made again. It supports deep heart opening, intuition, and love (including of yourself).

This limited edition quarter mala was created from beads I have been saving for years, waiting for the right piece to hold them. Nothing here was newly sourced. Every bead was chosen for beauty and energy rather than availability, which makes this piece both gentler on the Earth and impossible to replicate. I designed this mala as a piece of art.

The Moonflower opens only at night. It waits for the light everyone else is afraid of, and then it blooms. This mala carries that quality. Pink and pearl and translucent white, soft to look at and much stronger than it appears. Working through the Heart, Crown, and Soul Star, it opens you gently and then keeps you clear while you stay open.

The Brass bell rings loud and clear when the mala moves, so your practice announces itself. If you want it silent, tuck a small piece of cotton inside the bell, and it will go quiet until you want it back.

The energy of this mala feels luminous, tender, opening, and soft.

🌸 Gemmy Rose Quartz

🔮 WHAT IS A MALA?
The word "mala" comes from Sanskrit and means "garland." For thousands of years, malas have been used in Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain traditions as a tool for prayer and meditation. Each bead marks one breath, one mantra, or one moment of intention.

A traditional mala has 108 beads. This pocket mala holds 27, a quarter of the full count - sized to fit in your hand, your pocket, or your pouch. The single larger bead, called the guru bead, marks where your count begins and ends.

🙌 HOW TO HOLD & USE YOUR MALA
Carry your mala in your pocket, your purse, or your car - or rest it on your altar, your nightstand, or under your pillow.

To use it for counting your blessings, counting breaths, or for mantra meditation: hold the first bead next to the guru bead or charm between two fingers (avoid the pointer finger), speak your mantra, affirmation, name a blessing ("thank you for..."), or breathe. Then move to the next bead and repeat, working your way around the entire strand.

Stop when you reach the guru bead or charm.

There‘s no wrong way to do it. Some people chant aloud, some repeat silently, and some simply hold their mala for the energy. Some use it to mark steps during walking meditation or earthing.

However you choose to carry or use it, your mala is yours: a pocket-sized reminder to come back to yourself, one bead at a time.
