This custom mala will be designed, knotted, & blessed just for you by me, a gemstone expert, Doctor of Metaphysics, Reiki Master, and highly experienced artist and craftswoman who genuinely cares about you and making the world a better place.
You should LOVE your mala. It’s a solemn, sanctified ritual object that you could spend all day, every day, holding, wearing, & meditating with. If treated well, your mala could be handed down for generations, so I intend to create something that shows the best of who you are and supports you in becoming all you can be.
If your mala breaks, I will gladly restring it at no cost to you.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM MALA
When you place your order, tell me what you envision for your mala, or a little about your intentions in the ORDER NOTES box at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Within 24 hours of your purchase, I will email you to discuss your mala design.
Watch your Inbox! This is a co-creative process, so I will ask for your input throughout.
After I receive your feedback, I’ll send a mockup with any beads & colors discussed for your approval. If needed, I’ll change the design and send up to two additional mockups for your approval.
Cocreation is not rigid. Rarely do I need to send more than three mocked-up designs, but it happens occasionally, and that is not an issue.
After we have a meeting of the minds, I’ll craft your mala with blessings & send it home within a week!
DISCLAIMERS
There may be additional charges for certain gemstones such as Larimar, Sapphire, or certain types of Turquoise. If your mala requires additional charges, I’ll send you an invoice to cover the added cost.
Should we settle on a design that includes beads I do not keep in stock, with your approval, I will purchase them and have them shipped to me. This could delay the crafting of your mala until I receive them. I will keep you informed.

At Malaology, we are proudly 100% vegan and cruelty-free. That means we use no pearls, shells, bone, coral, or especially silk. As empaths and conscious entrepreneurs, we feel strongly about this.
Your mala beads will include a cotton tassel and nylon cord for knots, which, unlike silk, does not rot, stretch, or fray. Cotton & nylon are far superior for something we handle and wear daily.
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days for non-custom orders.

We want you to love your mala! If you do not, please contact us, and we will make it right.
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. Please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for guidance on shipping your items back.
If your order was made in error, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized orders. However, we are here to serve; please reach out with any issues or concerns.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Please allow one week for the transaction to reverse, as this is typical for banking systems.
