Personalized orders
Do you want a shorter mala? Different stones or a different tassel? We do not create commissioned, unique pieces right now but we will modify our pieces to meet your preferences – often at no extra charge.

Often, we are asked to create a 90 or 99 bead mala because 81 beads is too short and 108 beads is too long for some people. This is never a problem and we charge a nominal fee for something like that.

If you do not see exactly what you have in mind, please message us. We are interested to know what you are looking for and what feels right for you.

While we will gladly personalize your order for you. We cannot accept returns for items that have been modified that no longer represent the original product offering as listed on our website.

 
 
Will I receive the exact item I see pictured?
Our malas are handmade to order just for you. You will not receive the same item you see in the photos, although you will receive one with the same make-up from thread and tassel to bead and guru.

Because these are natural materials, there will be some slight variation. These differences are wholly natural and beautiful. If you prefer a certain color cord or shade of stones, please message us when you place your order and we will try to honor that.

We hope you enjoy your own unique creation, but if you don’t, please contact us within 14 days. Our intention is for you to be thrilled with what you receive from us, to embrace it, and grow with it. If you’re not vibing with it for any reason, we will make it right.

 
 
Gift wrapping and packaging

All malas come packaged gift-worthy and we will always include special goodies to delight you!
 
Always wrapped with care in tissue paper, gift boxed, and shipped in eco-friendly recycled padded mailer to keep them safe and sound.

We accept special requests for packaging and gift wrapping.

Please check this address before placing your order if you may have moved or entered a different address since you opened your account. If the item arrives at the wrong address, we will not be responsible for replacing it.
